We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items returned after 30 days of delivery

🔄 How to Return

1. Email us at support@cozylampshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@cozylampshop.com with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
